I stayed for two nights for work and it was a great experience.The rooms were tidy and the beds were super comfy. Nova and Hayley at the front desk were incredible with their customer service. The staff was very welcoming , and I had a little feedback for them at the front desk, which they took very well. I would definitely return there.

Whilst my booking was only for 1 night, I found the service from all staff, exceptional! They were friendly, helpful yet still very professional. They definitely made our stay very comfortable. I found the apartment to be of a very high standard but also a relaxing place to be. Thankyou for making us feel very welcome. We loved it so much, we'll be back again. 5 stars all the way!! I highly recommend Quest Ipswich ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer Service was exceptional! Mike was so helpful and friendly, checking in was the perfect start to a great stay. The room was clean and the location was perfect for us being close to the University. Complementary wine and chocolate was a bonus. We will definitely stay again. Having had my own holiday accommodation in the past it was so nice to see that the staff take pride in what they do.Thank you Mike for being such a great ambassador for Quest.

We were on a 5-day business trip with a group of 9 people. Upon arrival at the hotel, after a very long journey, we were offered drinks. We were able to check in early in the morning. The rooms are very clean and well equipped, with a small kitchenette with kitchen utensils and a refrigerator. Very comfortable mattresses and everything is very new. In the afternoon, we had a barbecue by the pool. We ordered the food through the hotel reception and it was delivered shortly afterwards. Throughout our stay, the entire hotel staff was always attentive and had a solution for every request. They were always friendly and courteous. Thank you to Novy, Anastasi, Mike and the entire hotel staff. With your authentic Australian hospitality, you helped us feel very comfortable during our stay. Please keep up the good work, we will definitely be back. G'day

I attended the conference room at this facility and found it to be exactly what we needed. The kitchen amenities were excellent and provided plenty of space to prepare and store our lunch. The complimentary tea and coffee were a great addition, and the room setup worked perfectly for our group size. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and professional, with easy and convenient parking. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this conference room to other professionals looking for a comfortable and well-equipped meeting space.

Our receptionist Bianca was the most helpful and courteous person. She was very clear and friendly in giving instructions. Her positive vibe made our stay in Quest comfortable and we feel very much welcomed. Also, the room we stayed was very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Quest Ipswich. Hayley, Anastasia and their wonderful team were absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Exceptional customer service and hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a clean and comfortably spacious apartment with a nice-sized lounge room, a well set-up kitchen, bathroom and laundry, and a comfy bed with enough hanging and drawer space for our week's stay. All staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Parking was easily available, and there was a nice Indian restaurant a short walk away. We highly recommend Quest Ipswich.

We had a great time at Quest Ipswich. 5 of us stayed in the executive apartment and adjoining room with a pull-out sofa bed. The rooms were very tidy and well stocked with everything including lots of extra blankets and duvets. Rooms were regularly cleaned and fresh towels made available by the friendly housekeeping team. The kids loved the Hot Chocolate (and coffee) machine in the guest area. Although visiting in winter we still made use of the pool for some recovery sessions. The booked car parks were easy to navigate and was reassuring knowing we had parking right near one of the entrances. Everything we needed felt so close and within a 5-6 minute drive.
